An 8-session live, virtual workshop for professional women who use speaking as a strategic lever and want a talk that performs. Twelve seats. We start October 8.
You already get asked to speak. Industry conferences, leadership meetings, association events, company offsites, panels, client events, community events.
You build a different talk every time...and it never gets easier.
You want one talk you can deploy anywhere, not a new one for every invitation.
You see speaking as a lever for your business, your career and your visibility. A must-have, not a nice-to-have.

You see speaking as a lever for your business, your career and your visibility. A must-have, not a nice-to-have.
When you have one signature talk you’ve built, coached, delivered and refined, every room stops starting from zero. Prep gets lighter. Your story compounds instead of resetting. And the effort you’re already spending in those rooms finally returns what it should.
One talk, built once, re-cut for any room, any time slot, any objective.
Every appearance builds on the last instead of standing alone.
In influence, in advancement, in business results.
You’ve done the reps. You’ve been in the rooms. People ask you to speak, and you say yes, and then you open a blank page and build the whole thing again.
Every talk is a fresh scramble, so prep never gets easier. Every appearance stands alone instead of building on the last one, so recognition builds at a crawl.
And you spend real energy on the conference, the offsite and a panel while getting back a fraction of the influence, the advancement and the business results that effort should return.
The problem was never confidence.
It’s that you don’t have a signature talk. You have a series of one-offs.
Until you take your talk off the page and put the words in your mouth, you don’t know what you have. Or whether you have it.
So you deliver twice. The full twenty-five minutes, both times, to a real audience, recorded both times. Between them you get coached feedback and a revision plan, and you rebuild.
Reps with coaching between them is how anyone actually improves. One presentation at the end is a recital. Two, with real feedback in the middle, is how a talk gets good.
Twelve women. Small enough that every woman gets coached on her actual content, not just her ideas about it.
After each delivery you get compiled feedback from the cohort the next day, and detailed written coaching from me within 48 hours. Not notes you scribble in the moment. Coaching you keep and work from.
Two full 25-minute deliveries, both recorded. The first one shows you what you have. The second one becomes the footage you can send to the next person who invites you.
One 90-minute cohort session a week. Teaching, then work on your own material in hot seats and small groups. Sessions are recorded so you can revisit anything.
A topic is what your talk is about. A thesis is what it argues. Find the one idea only you can deliver, make it arguable and repeatable, and build the title that makes the person who invites you lean in.
Before we touch content, we get clear on what this talk is doing for you. Your speaking strategy, the rooms that actually move your goals, the double audience of the person who invites you and the room that hears you, and the strategic objective every content decision will run through.
Extract the three to five repeatable moves inside your own expertise and name them. This becomes the skeleton of your talk and a piece of intellectual property you own, one that can power your programs, your content and eventually a book.
Choose the stories that earn their place and structure them so they land. Pair them with the data and outcomes that keep an executive audience with you. Build in the moments people repeat afterward.
The first minute and the close. Presence, pace and pause. How to re-cut one talk for fifteen minutes, twenty-five or forty-five. And how to make your close do real work: growing your list, surfacing the next invitation, opening the next conversation.
You deliver your full twenty-five minute talk to the cohort. Recorded. You get compiled peer feedback the next day and written coaching from me within forty-eight hours, distilled into no more than three changes worth making.
Revise by subtraction, then build the assets that let the talk travel. Your bio, talk description written for the person who invites you, intro script and one-sheet summary. Plus how to pull clips and content from your recording so one talk fuels months of visibility.
Your revised talk under real conditions. Timed, introduced from your own intro script, no restarts, recorded to be sharable. You leave with a talk you can say yes with and the footage that proves it.
Don’t just take my word for it. Hear from women who’ve put their speaking to work. Great talks don’t happen by accident. They’re built, tested, coached and refined. Here’s what women I’ve worked with have to say about the process—and what changed when they stopped starting from scratch.
“Lori’s patience, understanding and attention to detail was instrumental in helping me recognize opportunities that I was missing, and her coaching guidance created winning strategies for overcoming that. Lori is an excellent coach and tailors her approach according to both the needs of the event organizers who hire speakers and the speaker themselves.”
“If you’re already a speaker, this workshop will help give you the tools, encouragement, accountability and coaching you need to grow, learning from someone who has worked with some of the most amazing world-renown communicators. Her experience and knowledge are incredibly valuable for anyone desiring to grow as a speaker.”
“You did such an amazing job at guiding, but guiding when needed. You gave the advice and then sat back and let us take the lead. That is a great leader, coach, teacher.”
No. This is built for women who already have speaking opportunities in front of them or are actively pursuing them. If you’re earlier in your speaking life, reach out and we’ll talk about what makes more sense for you right now.
That’s usually the best sign you’re in the right place. Most women arrive with something that works well enough and no clear sense of why it works, which makes it impossible to repeat or adapt. We take what you have, find the thesis underneath it, name the framework it’s really built on, and turn it into something you can re-cut for any room.
That’s fine, as long as speaking is part of how you grow. We build the talk and the assets you’ll need when the invitation comes.
Ninety minutes a week for the cohort sessions, three hours for each of the two delivery rounds, and real work between sessions. Plan for three to four hours a week. The women who get the most out of it treat it like the priority it is.
Sessions are recorded and you’ll be able to catch up. The delivery rounds are the exception. Those have three time options each so you can find one that works, and showing up for them is the whole point.
